Bukalapak in Jakarta leads end-to-end Retail supply chain operations, managing import and logistics, warehousing, and inventory control, with a focus on EXIM regulatory compliance. The role involves leading a team, setting performance standards, and coordinating with external vendors and partners.

The position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and deep knowledge of Indonesian import/export regulations to ensure smooth operations and risk mitigation within a dynamic retail

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, import/export, or warehouse operations with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations including import/export, customs clearance, warehousing, inventory control, and EXIM regulations in Indonesia.
• Established network within the supply chain industry (logistics providers, freight forwarders, brokers, etc.).
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Retail supply chain operations, covering import management, supply chain planning, warehousing, inventory control, and EXIM regulatory compliance.
• Oversee import and logistics processes, including shipment planning, documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with external vendors and logistics partners.
• Manage warehousing operations, including goods receiving, storage, stock movement, inventory accuracy, and inbound/outbound deliveries.
• Lead and develop the Supply Chain team, establishing clear responsibilities, operational standards, performance targets, and accountability.
• Monitor supply chain performance, manage operational risks, and drive continuous improvements through cross-functional collaboration and relationships with industry partners and supply chain networks.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations, including import/export processes, customs clearance, warehousing, inventory control, and applicable EXIM regulations in Indonesia.
• Established network within the supply chain industry, including logistics providers, freight forwarders, warehouse operators, customs brokers, or relevant professional communities, with the ability to leverage these connections to support business operations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods is preferred.
