Job summary

Rge Pte Ltd in Bekasi, West Java, is seeking a diligent Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily operations at our Bekasi facility. You will lead a team, ensure accurate inventory, and maintain timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment setting.

The role requires hands-on warehouse experience, supervisory skills, and strong understanding of logistics principles. You will implement best practices, uphold safety standards, and drive continuous improvement to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
• Knowledge of safe material handling practices and OSHA regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including cycle counts and stock adjustments.
• Monitor workflow and ensure orders are processed and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Train and coach new warehouse employees on operational procedures and safety protocols.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with the scheduling of warehouse staff to ensure adequate coverage.
• Identify and report any operational issues or discrepancies to management.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
