Job summary

RGE seeks a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor in Marunda, Indonesia to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management and dispatch of materials and finished goods. You will lead warehouse personnel, ensure stock accuracy, implement GMP/HACCP and 5S, and coordinate with Production, Procurement and Logistics to meet delivery targets.

Strong WMS and SAP experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, IE or related field.
• 3–5 years in warehouse operations; 2+ years in supervision.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and inventory control.
• Experience with WMS and SAP.
• Knowledge of GMP/HACCP, 5S and OH&S in food manufacturing.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, inventory management and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through stock monitoring, cycle counts, reconciliation and documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Logistics and other departments to support timely deliveries.
• Lead, develop and supervise warehouse personnel to achieve productivity, safety and targets.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/HACCP and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Monitor warehouse performance indicators, prepare reports and drive continuous improvement to reduce costs.
