Job summary

PT Ahara Bhadranaya Indonesia is seeking a Commis for Steak Hotel by HOLYCOW! TKP Surabaya to support Western cuisine operations.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts, with at least 2 years of Commis experience, and strong leadership to assist junior staff and maintain high standards in the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related F&B training.
• Minimum 2 years of proven Commis experience.
• Strong knowledge of Western cuisine, including grill and butchery.
• Ability to lead junior staff and manage kitchen operations.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or relevant vocational training in Food & Beverage.

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as Commis.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Western cuisine (grill, butchery, and modern cooking techniques).

Excellent leadership and kitchen management skills.

Demonstrated ability to handle kitchen operations and guide junior staff.

Previous experience in supervisory or team leadership roles is an advantage.

Highly creative and innovative, with a passion for food presentation and flavor balance.

Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to maintaining high standards.

Willing to be based in Surabaya
