Job summary

PT IZUMI SENTUL REALTY is seeking a seasoned Site Manager to oversee ongoing high-rise construction projects in Bogor. You will lead daily site operations, manage vertical logistics, and ensure strict HSE adherence while coordinating with main contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience in site management for tall buildings, with proven leadership and problem-solving abilities under fast-paced conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction/site management.
• Experience leading construction activities for high-rise projects above 25 floors.
• Strong knowledge of high-rise construction methods, site operations, sequencing.
• Strong expertise in vertical logistics management (site zoning, cranes, hoists).
• Proven ability to coordinate main contractors and subcontractors.
• K3/HSE implementation for high-rise construction and work-at-height.

Responsibilities

• Develop weekly and monthly site targets based on the Master Schedule and ensure achievement by the Main Contractor and Subcontractors.
• Lead and control daily site operations, including site logistics, material flow, work-area zoning, and construction equipment utilization.
• Manage vertical logistics, including Tower Crane and Passenger Hoist utilization, to ensure efficient material and workforce movement.
• Ensure strict implementation of HSE/K3 procedures across the entire project site, with a strong focus on achieving zero accidents.
• Lead daily and weekly site coordination meetings to identify and resolve workspace constraints, construction methodology issues, and conflicts between contractors.
• Coordinate effectively with the Main Contractor, Subcontractors, Consultants, Project Management, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor physical construction progress against the approved Master Schedule and identify potential delays or risks.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly physical progress reports for submission to the Project Manager and/or Directors.
• Identify field issues and provide practical and timely solutions to maintain project progress.

What You Will Need

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant engineering discipline.

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in construction/site management.

Proven experience leading construction activities for high-rise building projects above 25 floors.

Strong understanding of high-rise construction methods, site operations, and construction sequencing.

Strong expertise in vertical logistics management, including site zoning, Tower Crane utilization, and Passenger Hoist operations.

Proven ability to coordinate and manage Main Contractors and Subcontractors.

Strong knowledge and commitment to K3/HSE implementation, particularly for high-rise construction and work-at-height activities.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Able to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced construction environment.

Proficient in preparing and analyzing construction progress reports and schedules.
