Bangun Rumah Bekon is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee field construction in Indonesia. You will ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and budget, maintaining quality and safety while coordinating with foremen, workers, QC, and drafters.
You will manage progress, read shop drawings, and prepare daily reports. The role requires civil engineering education, familiarity with AutoCAD, and the ability to read plans for 2-storey buildings.
A Site Engineer responsible for overseeing construction work implementation in the field according to work drawings, specifications, and budget. The role involves ensuring work meets quality standards and work methods, coordinating with foremen, workers, QC, drafters, and the Site Manager, and managing progress control and technical problem-solving on site.

Ensure work complies with quality standards and work methods
Coordinate work with foremen, workers, QC, drafters, and Site Manager
Check and control work progress in the field
Conduct inspections of dimensions, elevation, and work results
Read and understand work drawings/Shop Drawings
Create progress reports and daily work reports
Identify technical problems in the field and assist in finding solutions
Oversee material usage to ensure it meets requirements and specifications
Assist in calculating material requirements and work volume
Minimum D3/S1 education in Civil Engineering
Experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects is an added value
Able to read and understand technical drawings/Shop Drawings
Understand construction work, particularly 2-storey buildings/houses
Proficient in AutoCAD
Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word
Understand work volume calculations and material requirements
Able to create work progress reports
Meticulous, responsible, disciplined, and able to work in the field
Able to communicate and coordinate with the team
