Job summary

PT Wahana Citra Nabati is seeking a Production Supervisor with a background in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Food Engineering to oversee texturizing lines in the palm oil sector. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Food Engineering.
• At least 1 year of production supervision experience in texturizing lines (Perfector/Combinator, Filling/Packing) in palm oil industry.
• Strong integrity, honesty and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks assigned by the Production Manager/PPIC.
• Manage production schedules and flow per the production plan.
• Evaluate and plan process optimization to increase efficiency.
• Supervise machines to ensure output meets targets of quantity and quality.
• Troubleshoot production process issues.
• Assign operator tasks according to SOPs.
• Basic knowledge of process engineering (Oil & Fats).
• Implement ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, RSPO and SJH.

Job Descriptions :
1. Do assigned by the Production Manager / PPIC
2. Manage production schedules and flow according to the production plan
3. Evaluate and plan production process optimization to increase efficiency
4. Supervise and ensure production machines run smoothly and output meets the required targets in terms of quantity and quality
5. Troubleshoot any production process issues
6. Assign operator tasks according to Standard Operating Procedres (SOPs) Applicable
7. Basic knowledge of process engineering (Oil & Fats)
8. Implementation of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, RSPO and SJH
