Job summary

MateCareer is seeking a Production Supervisor in Semarang to lead daily/weekly production planning and supervise group leaders and operators. You will ensure quality and optimize machine utilization while maintaining inventory control and safety compliance.

The role involves coordinating with QA, Maintenance, and PPIC, performing root-cause analysis, and delivering weekly/monthly performance reports to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and supervising manufacturing teams.
• Knowledge of inventory control and production scheduling.
• Familiarity with quality standards and safety regulations.

• Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on customer orders.
