PT Citra Plastik Makmur is seeking an experienced QC/QA professional to strengthen its Quality Control & Quality Assurance team. You will monitor quality across materials, processes, and finished goods, drive corrective actions, and lead a small QC team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The role requires a minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s in engineering or quality management, plus at least 2 years in QC/QA, ideally with plastic injection molding or automotive manufacturing exposure.
PT Citra Plastik Makmur is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and dedicated professional to join our Quality Control & Quality Assurance team.
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance, preferably in Plastic Injection Molding or Automotive Manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Plastic Injection Molding processes.
Familiar with Quality Management Systems, SOP, Control Plan, Work Instruction, and inspection standards.
Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, problem-solving methods, and root cause analysis.
Familiar with 5S, Kaizen, ISO 9001, and Occupational Health & Safety (HSE/K3).
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work in shifts.
Assist the Quality Supervisor in managing and monitoring daily Quality Control & Quality Assurance activities.
Supervise and ensure the implementation of quality standards, SOPs, inspection procedures, and control plans in the production process.
Monitor product quality from incoming materials, in-process production, to finished goods.
Analyze quality issues, customer complaints, production defects, and non-conformities, and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
Monitor and evaluate quality performance, including defect rates, rejection rates, customer complaints, and quality improvement targets.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, PPIC, Warehouse, and other related departments to resolve quality issues.
Conduct and monitor quality inspections, audits, and improvement activities.
Ensure proper documentation and preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
Lead and develop Quality Control team members to improve their skills, discipline, and performance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen, 7 QC Tools, and problem-solving activities.
Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable quality management systems and customer requirements.
