Job summary

PT. TALENTA DAYAREKA INDONESIA is seeking an organized professional to manage outlet repairs, renovations, and improvements. You will produce technical drawings, perform site surveys, and monitor field work to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and timelines.

You will supervise workers and vendors to maintain outlets and facilities across sites. The role requires a D3/S1 in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design with 2–3 years of related experience, and strong skills in

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in building maintenance, renovation, fit-out, interior work, or outlet projects; F&B/retail multi-outlet experience is a plus
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp for technical drawings and 3D design
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for administration and work reporting
• Understanding of site survey processes, measurements, civil/interior work, and field work supervision
• Ability to supervise and coordinate workers, technicians, and vendors
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and ability to work to targets

Responsibilities

• Create technical drawings, layouts, and 3D designs for outlet repairs, renovations, and improvements
• Conduct site surveys and measurements for maintenance, renovation, and improvement work
• Monitor and inspect maintenance and renovation work in the field to ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Supervise and coordinate work of workers, technicians, and vendors during repair and renovation processes
• Ensure building conditions and outlet facilities are well-maintained and identify maintenance or improvement needs
• Coordinate with operational teams and relevant parties regarding maintenance needs and outlet work
• Ensure work results meet quality standards, safety requirements, and operational needs
• Create progress reports and work documentation, including before and after work photos
• Willing to work mobile and conduct outlet visits as needed
