Job summary

PT Parama Agung Karya mencari tenaga drafting dengan fokus MEP untuk mendesain dan menghasilkan gambar implementasi serta perencanaan sistem MEP pada proyek gedung tinggi. Kandidat harus memiliki kemampuan AutoCAD, SketchUp, dan SolidWorks serta kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.

Posisi ini membutuhkan kesiapan bekerja di lapangan, kerja sama tim yang kuat, serta loyalitas terhadap perusahaan. Waktu wawancara onsite di kantor utama akan dilakukan.

Qualifications

• Gelar minimal S1 Arsitektur/Sipil atau jurusan terkait.
• Pengalaman 0–3 tahun di bidang yang sama / di bidang Drafting Konstruksi Gedung Tinggi.
• Memiliki pengalaman di perusahaan konstruksi sipil / konsultan sipil.
• Menguasai MS Office, mengoperasikan AutoCAD, SketchUp, dan SolidWorks.
• Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, disiplin, teliti, gesit, jujur, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
• Siap bekerja mobile di luar area (pulau).
• Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim serta loyal kepada perusahaan.

Responsibilities

• Membuat gambar implementasi terkait MEP.
• Merancang rencana untuk seluruh pekerjaan terkait bangunan MEP.
• Melakukan perhitungan rencana untuk peralatan elektrik & instrumen.
• Mengerjakan desain sistem kelistrikan & daftar instrumen.
• Menerapkan rencana efisiensi sistem dalam lingkup MEP serta problem solving yang baik.
• Mempersiapkan Bill of Items untuk ruang lingkup proyek MEP.
• Mempersiapkan dan membuat gambar AS built terkait MEP.
• Menyesuaikan gambar perencanaan dengan kondisi lapangan.
• Mampu menjelaskan kepada pelaksana agar bangunan struktural sesuai rencana.
• Membantu team leader dalam menyajikan hasil pekerjaan dalam laporan dan proposal proyek.
• Menjalin hubungan baik dengan vendor dan hubungan proyek.
• Sanggup mengikuti proses wawancara seleksi (onsite) langsung ke kantor PT Parama Agung Karya.

Job description

Minimum education: S1 Architecture/Civil/D3 Building Drawing Engineering or relevant major

Minimum 0-3 years experience in the same field / in the field of High Building Construction Drafting

Have experience in a civil construction company/civil consultant

Mastering MS. Office, operates Autocad, SketchUp, and Solid Work programs

Able to communicate well, disciplined, thorough, agile, honest and able to work under pressure.

Ready to work mobile outside the area (island)

Able to work together (in a work team) and loyal to the company.

Responsibility

Create implementation drawings related to MEP

Design plans for all work related to the MEP building

Carry out calculation plans for electrical equipment & instruments;

Worked on electrical system design & instrument list

Implementing system efficiency plans in the realm of MEP and good Problem Solver

Prepare Bill of Items for MEP project scope

Prepare and prepare AS built Drawing documents related to MEP

Adapt planning drawings to field conditions

Able to explain to the implementer well, so that the building structure is made according to what was planned

Assist the team leader in presenting work results in the form of reports and creating project proposals

Establish good relationships with vendors and project relations

Willing to carry out the selection interview process (onsite) by coming directly to the PT office. Parama Agung Karya (not an online/zoom interview)
