Job summary

PT Siix Ems Indonesia in West Java seeks an Incoming Quality Control Specialist to safeguard material and product quality. You will oversee supplier inspections, analyze data, and drive improvements to meet ISO/TS/IATF standards, with leadership responsibilities for the IQC team and daily operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial or Electrical Engineering, 3+ years IQC experience, and strong data/reporting skills, plus English; Japanese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Industrial/Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years in Incoming Quality Control in manufacturing or automotive.
• Familiar with molding, stamping, wiring and electrical components.
• Proficient with ISO/TS/IATF management systems; report creation in PowerPoint/Excel.
• Strong ability to analyze quality data and report to management.
• Good English; Japanese language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Job description

1.Control and review the implementation carried out in order to maintain the ISO Management System, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and ESD.

2.Oversee the inspection process for raw materials, components, and materials from suppliers to ensure compliance with established specifications and quality standards.

3.Collect, analyze, and report quality data to managers for data-driven decision making.

4.Communicate with suppliers regarding quality issues and follow-up improvements.

5.Manage the team's work,Evaluate performance and provide solutions to problems that arise during the IQC process, as well as provide leadership, set goals, and ensure day-to-day operational efficiency aligns with established targets and standards.

6.Follow up NG (Not Good) materials found in incoming or production with suppliers for problem solving

Requirements

• 1. Candidate must possess at least minimal Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Industrial Engineering/ Industries Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or equivalents.
• 2. At least 3 years of working experience and specialization as Incoming Quality Control in Manufacture Company Or Automotive Company.
• 3. Familiar With molding,Stamping,Wiring and electrical Components.
• 4. Able and understanding of Management System & ISO TS/IATF. Microsoft office, especially in making report in Power Point/Persentation or Excel.
• 5.Familiar With Molding,Stamping, Wiring and Electrical Components
• 6. Familiar with Power point,excel and word for report & presentation.
• 7.Familiar with FTA Analysis,Kaizen,PDCA Circle 8D Analys system.
• 8.Can speak English and Know Japanese is more advantage
