Job summary

PT Binajasa Sumber Sarana (BSS Recruitment) seeks a Supervisor Electrical (Production Installation) in Jatake, Tangerang. The role leads electrical installation on the production line, coordinating technicians and ensuring safety standards.

Requirements include a D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering or related field, 4+ years in electrical installation with 2+ years leading a team, and strong reading of schematics and PLC systems. This is an on-site, hands-on leadership position.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical installation, with at least 2 years of experience leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation and systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and refrigeration piping drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on the production line.
• Lead technicians and manage manpower allocation to ensure installation activities meet production targets.
• Monitor and troubleshoot electrical systems during installation and production operations.
• Ensure electrical installations are executed according to technical specifications and safety standards.
• Identify electrical issues and provide effective technical solutions to minimize downtime.
• Prepare reports regarding electrical installation progress and issues for management.
