Job summary

Suryacipta in Subang, West Java, seeks an experienced Electrical/Industrial Engineer to lead mechanical and electrical maintenance for our industrial facilities. You will develop and schedule maintenance plans, guide the M&E team, monitor activities, and ensure compliance with procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor supervision, coordinating with PLN for outages, and reporting weekly progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in mechanical/electrical systems in industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of high/low voltage systems.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and circuit drawings.
• OHS/Electrical safety certification preferred.
• Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule maintenance plans to ensure optimal functionality.
• Coordinate and direct the M&E team to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance smoothly.
• Monitor and control activities and tasks by the M&E team.
• Guide and enhance team competencies for efficient operations.
• Coordinate with related departments on discrepancies in electrical installations or PJU systems.
• Prepare and submit weekly work reports.
• Manage tools and spare parts for M&E operations.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets (RAB).
• Supervise vendor maintenance work to ensure procedures and regulations.
• Coordinate with PLN regarding power outages for cubicle panels and transformers.
• Communicate policies from management to the team.

Job Description

• Develop and schedule equipment maintenance plans to ensure optimal functionality.
• Coordinate and provide direction to the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) team in carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance activities smoothly.
• Monitor and control the activities and tasks performed by the M&E team.
• Guide and enhance the competencies of the team to support the efficiency of mechanical and electrical operations.
• Coordinate with all related departments in the event of discrepancies in electrical installations or Public Street Lighting (PJU) systems within the area.
• Prepare and submit weekly work reports.
• Manage the needs of tools and spare parts related to mechanical and electrical operations.
• Prepare and develop cost estimates and budgets (RAB).
• Supervise mechanical and electrical work performed by vendors to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Coordinate with PLN regarding disturbances or power outages required for maintenance of cubicle panels and transformers.
• Communicate policies and directives from higher management to all team members.

Requirements

• Min Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Have minimum 2 years experience in the same field of mechanical and electrical systems within industrial areas.
• Strong understanding of basic principles of heavy current (power) and light current, including high-voltage systems.
• Proficient in control circuits, with the ability to analyze and perform troubleshooting effectively.
• Knowledge of building mechanical and electrical systems such as air conditioning (HVAC), lighting installations, fire alarm systems, and others.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and circuit drawings.
• General Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or Electrical OHS certification is preferred.
• Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java.
