Job summary

OttoDigital Group in Indonesia seeks an Electrical Maintenance Technician to execute scheduled PM activities and maintain building electrical systems, including Gensets, Transformers, Panel TM & TR, UPS, Load Banks, and lighting. You will record metering data, manage power switching, and prepare RCA reports for incidents, with data center experience a strong advantage.

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 1 year of hands-on experience are required, along with strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in building electrical maintenance and operations (data center experience is a strong advantage).
• In-depth understanding of building electrical systems and power distribution infrastructure.
• Proficiency in electrical tools, testing instruments, and maintenance equipment.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifically SLD.
• Passive to active English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude, high work ethics, and good integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outdoor/roadway lighting across office facilities.

• Generate regular maintenance and operational reports for management.

Job description

Execute scheduled PM activities for building electrical equipment, including Gensets (Generators), Transformers, Medium & Low Voltage Panels (Panel TM & TR), UPS systems, Load Banks, and related critical equipment.

Perform prompt repairs based on preventive maintenance findings or urgent field issues in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Record electricity consumption/metering, manage switching operations (On/Off) of building electrical systems, and maintain outdoor/roadway lighting across office facilities.

Coordinate and fulfill temporary construction power supply and other technical needs for supporting site projects.

Maintain complete activity documentation after PM/CM tasks and metering records; prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports whenever operational incidents occur.

Generate regular maintenance and operational reports for management as scheduled or required.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in building electrical maintenance and operations (experience in Data Center environments is a strong advantage).
