Job summary

PT.Kencana Garment Indonesia is seeking a Supervisor to manage daily production in centralized process areas outside the main lines. You will ensure on-time supply of semi-finished goods and processed components to each production line, preventing stoppages and delays.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Production, IE, Warehouse, QC, and Maintenance, implementing 5S, maintaining safety standards, and training staff to improve productivity and reduce waste in garment manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of production management experience in garment industry.
• Familiar with garment production processes, centralized processes, and sewing line workflows.
• Experience with auxiliary material management, material preparation, and distribution.
• Experience with automated equipment management and production efficiency improvement is preferred.
• Strong capabilities in production planning, personnel management, and cross-department coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage production arrangement and quality control for buttonhole, button attachment, bartack, special stitching, and ironing processes
• Ensure centralized processes supply components and semi-finished goods to production lines on time and accurately
• Manage preparation, distribution, and allocation of auxiliary materials, ensuring each production line receives materials according to production orders and style requirements
• Oversee daily management of automated production equipment, operational standards, running efficiency, and coordinate handling of equipment abnormalities
• Arrange personnel and equipment effectively to improve centralized process productivity and reduce work accumulation and material waste
• Coordinate with Production, IE, Warehouse, QC, and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth production processes
• Implement 5S practices, manage workplace safety, conduct employee skills training, and monitor work performance

About you
