Advance Innovations (AdIns) sedang mencari Senior Developer/Team Lead untuk mengembangkan aplikasi sesuai kebutuhan klien. Peran ini menuntut pengalaman memimpin tim pengembang dan kemampuan mengevaluasi desain perangkat lunak serta prinsip pemrograman.

Posisi full-time dengan skema kerja hybrid di Jakarta Barat, Indonesia. Kandidat harus memiliki gelar TI dan pengalaman 2+ tahun di posisi serupa serta kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat dan semangat belajar yang tinggi.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang TI dengan IPK > 3.00.
• Berpengalaman 2+ tahun di posisi Senior Developer atau Team Lead.
• Menguasai pengembangan lintas OS/Platform dengan tools.
• Memahami desain perangkat lunak dan prinsip pemrograman.

Responsibilities

• Kembangkan aplikasi sesuai kebutuhan klien / spesifikasi teknis.
• Lakukan code review terhadap pekerjaan anggota tim.
• Dampingi, beri instruksi, dan lakukan testing untuk pekerjaan tim.
• Tangani pertanyaan/constraint pada temuan UAT dan dukung hingga produksi.
• Bantu analis sistem melakukan analisis dampak perubahan yang dibuat.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Develop applications according to client needs / technical spec.
• Conduct a code review on what has been done by the team members
• Accompany, provide instructions and conduct testing for work that is given to team members
• Handling questions / constraints on UAT findings and support until changes are installed in production
• Assist system analyst in conducting impact analysis on changes made

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information System with GPA > 3.00
• Must have experience on the same position for more than 2 years (Senior Developer or Developer Supervisor/Teamlead)
• In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools
• Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles
• Must have experience with .NET, ASP .NET, C# .NET, SQL Server
• Have experience leading a developer team is preferable
• Strong passion on IT industry
• Understand OOP Concepts is preferred
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and good attitude
• Have curiosity to explore and learn new things
