Job summary

Advance Innovations (AdIns) mencari Network Engineer untuk posisi penuh waktu di Jakarta Utara. Peran ini menuntut pengalaman 3–5 tahun di infrastruktur jaringan dan kemampuan leadership dalam tim teknis.

Anda akan menangani incident serta escalations, melakukan monitoring, analisis log, RCA, dan mengembangkan SOP serta knowledge base. Lokasi kerja on-site Kapuk dengan SLA ketat dan fokus pada keamanan serta performa jaringan.

Qualifications

• Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun sebagai Network Engineer atau peran terkait jaringan infrastruktur.
• Kemampuan leadership dan manajemen tim yang baik.
• Penguasaan konsep LAN/WAN/WLAN, VLAN, Routing, NAT, DNS, VPN, QoS.

Responsibilities

• Menangani eskalasi teknis, incident management, dan RCA.
• Memantau sistem, analisis log, dan identifikasi akar penyebab masalah berulang.
• Menjamin penyelesaian isu sesuai SLA dan standar layanan.
• Menyusun SOP, workflow support, dan knowledge base.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Full WFO - Kapuk, Jakarta Utara
• Memastikan seluruh issue teknis ditangani sesuai SLA dan standar layanan.
• Menangani eskalasi teknis, incident management, dan problem resolution.
• Melakukan monitoring sistem, analisis log, serta root cause analysis untuk issue berulang.
• Menyusun dan mengembangkan SOP, workflow support, serta knowledge base.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau jurusan terkait.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun sebagai Network Engineer atau posisi yang berhubungan dengan network infrastructure.
• Pengalaman dalam implementari jaringan
• Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan people management yang baik.
• Menguasai troubleshooting hardware, software, network, dan operating system.
• Memahami incident management, escalation handling, dan root cause analysis (RCA).
• Memahami konsep dasar dan implementasi LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN, Trunking, STP, Routing, NAT, DHCP, DNS, VPN, dan QoS.
• Familiar dengan monitoring tools, remote support tools, serta knowledge base management.
• Memahami networking, infrastructure, dan dasar cloud/security menjadi nilai tambah.
• Memiliki problem solving, analytical thinking, dan komunikasi yang baik.
• Terbiasa bekerja dengan target, pressure, dan koordinasi lintas divisi.
