Kandidat belajar memahami Software Engineering, memahami proses bisnis industri multifinance, mengikuti training dan OJT sebagai bekal memasuki dunia kerja, serta berpeluang menjadi karyawan AdIns setelah menyelesaikan seluruh program.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate atau maksimal 2 tahun pengalaman kerja.
• Memiliki minat menjadi Software Engineer di industri multifinance.
• Lulusan D3/D4/S1 jurusan IT relevan.
• Memiliki dasar pemrograman (C#, .NET, Java, atau SQL).
• Memahami konsep database dan algoritma dasar.
• Kemampuan analisis dan problem solving yang baik.
• Kemauan belajar tinggi dan siap mengikuti program pembelajaran intensif.
• Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
• Bersedia mengikuti seluruh rangkaian seleksi dan program AdIns Academy.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• AdIns Academy Trainee merupakan program intensive training yang berfokus untuk belajar menjadi software developer dimana pada program ini akan memiliki 3 fase yaitu: Intensive training, On-job Training, Hired as professionals

Apa yang akan kamu dapatkan:

• Belajar fundamental Software Engineering.


• Memahami proses bisnis dan industri Multifinance secara langsung.


• Mengikuti training dan On the Job Training (OJT) sebagai bekal memasuki dunia kerja.


• Berkesempatan bergabung sebagai karyawan AdIns setelah berhasil menyelesaikan seluruh program.


• Kebutuhan ini mewajibkan WFO Senin - Jumat (Kebon Jeruk - Jakarta Barat)

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Fresh graduate or maksimal 2 tahun pengalaman kerja.


• Memiliki ketertarikan untuk membangun karier sebagai Software Engineer di industri multifinance.


• Lulusan D3/D4/S1 jurusan: Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, Teknik Komputer, Software Engineering, atau jurusan IT lainnya yang relevan.


• Memiliki dasar pemrograman (minimal memahami salah satu: C#, .NET, Java, atau SQL)


• Memahami dasar konsep database dan algoritma.


• Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan problem solving yang baik.


• Memiliki kemauan belajar yang tinggi serta siap mengikuti program pembelajaran secara intensif


• Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.


• Bersedia mengikuti seluruh rangkaian seleksi dan program AdIns Academy
