Job summary

PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk in Medan is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end non-salesforce hiring for Head Office and outsourced teams. You will handle sourcing, high-volume recruitment, vendor coordination, and comprehensive reporting to support timely, quality hiring.

Responsibilities include candidate invitations, day-to-day BAU and project recruitment, and maintaining accurate hiring analytics with HCIS coordination.

Qualifications

• Recruitment execution and monitoring for non-salesforce roles across Head Office.
• Sourcing support, candidate database maintenance, and invitations (psychotests, interviews, training).
• Manage high-volume hiring for non-salesforce positions in Head Office.
• Ensure timely manpower fulfillment based on approved headcount.
• Vendor coordination and performance reviews with outsourcing vendors.
• Data reporting and candidate communications for BAU and projects.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly hiring reports with workforce analytics.
• Consolidate end-to-end hiring data including pipeline and Day-1 OJT tracking.
• Coordinate with HCIS for accurate management reporting.
• Drive engagement and fulfillment excellence among recruitment partners.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing support, maintain database and candidate invitations (psikotes, interview, online training).
• Manage high-volume hiring for non salesforce positions in Head Office.
• Ensure timely manpower fulfillment based on approved headcount.
• DOP/Vendor Coordination, DOP/Vendor Fulfillment Review, and Vendor selection
• Coordinate with outsourcing vendors/DOP for candidate supply and fulfillment.
• Monitor vendor performance (quality, speed, and quantity).
• Data Reporting, Candidate Invitation (BAU & Special Project) & Vendor Performance
• Manage candidate invitations and communications for Career Day events, BAU selection processes, training programs, and OJT activities.
• Consolidate end-to-end hiring data, including candidate pipeline tracking, training attendance, and Day-1 OJT actual attendance monitoring.
• Prepare and maintain hiring reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, while coordinating with the HCIS team to ensure accurate management reporting and workforce analytics.
• Conduct vendor performance reviews, monitor recruitment performance metrics, and develop gamification reports to drive engagement, accountability, and fulfillment excellence among recruitment partners.
