Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales, preferably in Sumatera.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong leadership with cross-functional team experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong strategic planning and business development capabilities.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new customer opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals, and provide pricing solutions.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage leads.
• Collaborate with technical/operational teams to support onboarding, surveys, installations, and service.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and resolve concerns promptly.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the region.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and revenue projections.
