Job summary

KG Media is seeking a psychologist to provide holistic student support through counseling, assessments, and character development programs to foster a healthy learning environment and support students’ academic success and personal growth throughout their university journey.

This role also contributes to student case handling, mentoring coordination, psychoeducation delivery, and crisis support, with collaboration in ethics processes and seminars/workshops.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in Professional Psychology (Clinical track preferred).
• For Master’s graduates, a valid professional practice license (SIPP) is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in psychological counseling and CBT-based psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, and behavioral issues.
• Knowledge of conducting psychological assessments (IQ, aptitude, interest).
• Ability to provide Psychological First Aid in crisis situations.
• Experience with students with special needs (Autism, ADHD).
• 2–3 years of relevant counseling experience in educational or youth settings.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork; participation in case discussions and ethics processes.
• Experience delivering psychoeducational programs (seminars/workshops).
• Experience facilitating mentoring programs and training (stress management, time management, emotional regulation).

Minimum Qualifications
