Job summary

Multimedia Nusantara School in Indonesia is seeking a Career Counselor to support teachers and students with psychological consultations, career exploration, and study planning for both domestic and international higher education.

You will help with portfolio creation, personal statements, and university applications, and you will coordinate career seminars and university fairs while building partnerships with universities and test-prep providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, Education, or a related field.
• Strong communication, coaching, public speaking and networking skills.
• Familiar with university admission requirements and standardized tests.
• Understanding of educational planning and admission pathways for domestic and international universities.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological consultations to teachers and parents regarding students' progress and well‑being.
• Guide students through career exploration, major selection, and study plans for higher education.
• Assist students with portfolios, personal statements, and university application documents.
• Coordinate career seminars, university fairs, scholarships, and information sessions.
• Establish partnerships with universities and test preparation providers (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, SAT).
