Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in sales, or direct selling B2C.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and promotion skills.
• Service mindset: treating each customer the way you want to be treated.
• Sales ability: delivering effective sales pitch & closing deals.
• Excellent service, can do attitude and ability to work as a team.
• A results-driven person.
• Willing to work in shift.
• Ability to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.).
• Sales or education industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide student progress report to parents regularly
• Provide timely information to parents about any changes related to the study (e.g. teachers, schedule)
• Invite parents and prepare, facilitate, participate, and organize events related to parents
• Resolve problems, questions, and/or complaints from parents
• Resell our courses and Reactivate students who have dropped out
• Communicate regularly with other teachers and other departments
