Job summary

Stie Yai is seeking a friendly, student-centered adviser to guide prospective international students. You will provide sound advice, accurate information, and proper guidance via phone, email, and in person to help applicants understand the programs and services.

You will monitor inquiries, follow up to build relationships, maintain up-to-date student information, and strive to meet or exceed applicant targets.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English for effective communication with students.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Strong experience with CRM systems.
• Customer-centric approach and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
• Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Demonstrated team player.
• Competent computer skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent organisational skills to deliver reports and feedback from marketing initiatives timely and informatively.

Responsibilities

• Provide sound advice, accurate information, and proper guidance to prospective international students.
• Counsel student enquiries and promote services via phone, email, and in person.
• Closely monitor and consistently follow up with students to maintain good relationships.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date student information is maintained.
• Achieve or exceed targeted number of applicants.
• Handle conflicting and tough situations in a composed manner.
• Perform other related tasks as required by the business.
