Job summary

Ruangguru is a tech-enabled education company seeking a results-driven team member to monitor student progress, provide updates to the Academic Team, and support sales activities.

You will build strong relationships with learners, offer motivation and guidance, help students reach their goals, and strive to meet individual and team targets for engagement, presentations, and sales. Diploma 3 and 1–2 years in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, or related fields.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields. Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
