Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a dynamic Sales/Student Success professional to monitor learners' progress and provide ongoing guidance. You will engage prospective students, support sales efforts, and motivate learners to achieve their goals.

The role requires a Diploma 3, 1–2 years in sales or related fields, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and reliable devices are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields. Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities
