Job summary

Ruangguru for Business, a tech-enabled education company in Indonesia, is hiring to support student learning and drive engagement. You will monitor learning progress, build relationships with students, and support sales by guiding prospective learners to informed decisions.

This role emphasizes communication, organization, and independence, with targets for student engagement and sales performance. A Diploma 3 and 1–2 years in related fields are expected.

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, or related fields.

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate relevant updates to the Academic Team while taking appropriate follow-up actions.
• Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting them in making informed decisions.
• Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
