Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a proactive professional to monitor student progress and keep the Academic Team informed with timely updates. You will build strong relationships with students, provide motivation and ongoing support throughout their learning journey.

You will assist sales efforts by engaging prospective students and helping them make informed decisions, while delivering consistent advice to reach individual and team targets for engagement, presentations, and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 in any discipline.
• 1-2 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, or related fields.
• Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields. Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
