Job summary

Job Descriptions

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate relevant updates to the Academic Team while taking appropriate follow‑up actions.
• Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting them in making informed decisions.
• Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields. Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
• Target‑driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
