Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking a proactive professional to monitor students' learning progress and communicate updates to the Academic Team, while building strong relationships with students through motivation and guidance.

You will support sales activities by engaging prospective students, helping them make informed decisions, and aiming for individual and team targets in engagement, presentations, and sales.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, or related fields.
• Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields. Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
