Job summary

PT IZUMI SENTUL REALTY is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer with site supervision experience to oversee structural works on high-rise projects in Indonesia. The role requires reading structural drawings, coordinating with contractors and engineers, and ensuring quality control and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Relevant experience in structural site supervision.
• Experience in high-rise construction is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of reinforced concrete, reinforcement, formwork, and structural steel.
• Able to read and interpret structural drawings and shop drawings.
• Good understanding of construction quality control and site inspection.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise structural works including reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works.
• Ensure construction follows approved Structural Drawings and specifications.

• Inspect reinforcement, formwork, concrete casting, and structural elements.
• Coordinate with contractors, Structural Engineers, and other disciplines.
• Identify structural issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Monitor contractor progress against the project schedule.
• Prepare site inspection and progress reports.
