Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience in construction preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and 3D modelling.
• Familiar with construction codes, procedures and health & safety standards.
• Strong communication, growth mindset, and self-motivation.
• Fluent in English and able to work in a multicultural environment.

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment


• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget


• Lead the design and development of formwork systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements


• Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, addressing complex design and construction challenges


• Meeting with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field


• Minimum of 10 years of Strutural Engineering experience in the Construction industry, preferably with experience in formwork industry


• Familiar with construction software programs such as AutoCAD Software and 3D Modelling


• Familiar with relevant construction codes, construction procedures, and health and safety standards


• Good communication skills, growth minded, professional, and self-motivating


• Fluent in English and able to work in a multicultural environment
