Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience in construction preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and 3D modelling.
• Familiar with construction codes, procedures and health & safety standards.
• Strong communication, growth mindset, and self-motivation.
• Fluent in English and able to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Lead design and development of formwork systems compliant with standards.
• Provide technical guidance addressing complex design/construction challenges.
• Meet with clients to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Coordinate with other departments.
