• Strong ability to create and interpret detailed technical drawings with high precision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; BIM/Revit familiarity is a plus.

Role Description

The Structural Drafter is a full-time, on-site position based in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat. The role involves preparing detailed structural drawings and construction documents from engineering and architectural specifications. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting design requirements, updating and revising drawings as projects progress, coordinating with structural engineers and architects to resolve design issues, and ensuring that all documents comply with applicable standards and codes. The Structural Drafter will also assist in organizing drawing sets, maintaining documentation accuracy, and supporting project teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Technical Drawing & Accuracy: Strong ability to create and interpret detailed technical drawings with high precision and attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD: Producing, updating, and revising detailed structural drawings and construction documentation.
• BIM/Revit Skills (Value-Add): Experience or familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools, particularly Revit and BIM workflows is a strong plus.
• Structural Understanding: Solid understanding of structural engineering principles, including load paths, structural materials, connection details, and their relation to architectural elements.
• Coordination & Communication: Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with structural engineers and project teams to resolve design issues.
• Education & Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Structural Drafter or in a related role. Open to graduates of Vocational High School (SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Drafting, Building Construction, or a related field.
• Licensing & Mobility (Value-Add): Possession of SIM C and the ability to ride a motorcycle is a plus.
