Job summary

PT Langgeng Dunia Selaras is seeking a skilled Drafter to join our Design & Architecture team on a contract basis, based in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. You will translate architectural concepts into precise drawings for construction and implementation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.

You will collaborate with architects and senior designers, revise drawings with feedback, and maintain organized documentation for tender documents and client proposals as part of our project

About the role

PT Langgeng Dunia Selaras is seeking a skilled Drafter to join our Design & Architecture team on a contract basis. Based in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya, this role is pivotal in translating architectural concepts and designs into precise, detailed technical drawings that guide construction and implementation. As a Drafter, you will play a crucial part in our project delivery pipeline, ensuring that all architectural visions are accurately documented and communicated to construction teams, stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and technical drawings using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and other drafting tools
• Convert architectural sketches, design concepts and specifications into accurate, scale drawings suitable for construction documentation
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards and regulations
• Collaborate with architects and senior design professionals to clarify design intent and technical requirements
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback, design changes and project evolution
• Maintain accurate project documentation and keep drawing libraries organised and current
• Prepare construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and detail sheets
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure consistency across all project documentation
• Support the preparation of tender documents, presentations and client proposals with visual materials

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit or equivalent architectural drafting tools)
• Strong understanding of architectural drawing conventions, building codes and construction standards
• Demonstrated experience in architectural drafting, with a portfolio of previous work
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation
• Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with architects and construction teams
• Knowledge of building materials, construction methods and technical specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with multiple software platforms
• Familiarity with local Indonesian building regulations and standards is desirable
• Certification or formal training in architectural drafting or technical drawing is preferred
