Job summary

PT Metrox Fortuna in South Jakarta is seeking a skilled Drafter to translate architectural designs into detailed technical drawings and specifications for a wide range of retail store projects. The role is full-time and based in South Jakarta, contributing to successful project deliveries.

You will interpret designs, produce plans and construction documents, maintain archives, and collaborate with architects and designers to ensure accuracy and quality across multiple store formats.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent technical drawing and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Sketchup and ability to translate designs into detailed drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration with team members.
• Minimum 2 years of drafting experience, preferably in retail projects.
• Portfolio must be attached to proceed.

As a Drafter, you will play a pivotal role in translating architectural designs into detailed technical drawings and specifications. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of a wide range of retail store projects.

What you'll be doing

Interpret architectural designs and develop detailed technical drawings using Sketchup

Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure drawings accurately reflect project requirements

Produce plans, elevations, sections, structure, MEP and other construction documents

Maintain drawing archives and document control processes

Contribute to the continuous improvement of drafting standards and processes

What we're looking for

Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Proficient in the use of Sketchup

Excellent technical drawing and documentation skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately

Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar drafting role

Having Experience as a Drafter in Retail Industry is a must
