Job summary

PT. Bamboo Lab Architect is seeking a BIM Draftsperson to develop and maintain structural BIM models aligned with engineering drawings and site information.

You will prepare detailed structural drawings for foundations, concrete, steel, and timber, plus reinforcement detailing and schedules. The role requires 2+ years in structural drafting with BIM experience, proficiency in Revit Structure, and solid AutoCAD skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in structural drafting with BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in Revit Structure and working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Ability to read structural drawings and interpret engineering instructions.
• Strong attention to dimensions, levels, reinforcement placement, and connections.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain structural BIM models based on drawings, calculations, and instructions.
• Prepare structural plans, sections, elevations, connection details, and schedules.
• Produce detailed drawings for foundations, reinforced concrete, structural steel, and timber structures.
• Prepare reinforcement detailing and bar bending schedules as required.
• Coordinate structural models with architectural and MEP models.
• Identify clashes, dimensional discrepancies, and missing information and report to the responsible engineer.
• Maintain consistency between BIM models, drawings, and approved specifications.
• Update models and drawings after approved revisions and verified site information.
• Follow BIM standards, file naming conventions, and document control procedures.
• Deliver drawing packages within agreed deadlines.

About you

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in structural drafting, including practical experience with BIM modeling.

Proficiency in Revit Structure and working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Ability to read structural drawings and interpret engineering instructions.

Good understanding of reinforced concrete, steel, and timber construction detailing.

Strong attention to dimensions, levels, reinforcement placement, and connections.

Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.

A portfolio demonstrating structural models and technical drawings.
