Job summary

PT. Bamboo LAB is seeking an experienced Senior BIM Drafter to develop accurate BIM models and coordinated drawings for hospitality, villa, restaurant, and commercial projects.

You will collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and construction teams to translate approved designs into construction documentation. • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural drafting, including 3 years with BIM software.
• Strong proficiency in Archicad or Revit, with working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, architectural detailing, and drawing standards.
• Experience producing coordinated construction drawing packages.
• Ability to manage model organization, linked references, schedules, and drawing revisions.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating BIM models and technical construction drawings.
• Preferred: Hospitality, resort, villa, or restaurant project experience.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain architectural and interior BIM models throughout design and construction.

Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction details.

Coordinate architectural models and drawings with structural and MEP disciplines.

Identify clashes, inconsistencies, and missing information, and communicate issues to the project lead.

Ensure consistency between BIM models, drawing sheets, schedules, and specifications.

Apply project BIM standards, templates, naming conventions, and revision procedures.

Prepare drawing submissions and maintain clear revision records.

Update models and drawings based on approved design changes, site information, and verified as-built records.

Review junior drafters' work and provide technical guidance.

Manage drafting priorities and meet project deadlines.

About you

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural drafting, including 3 years working with BIM software.

Strong proficiency in Archicad or Revit, with working knowledge of AutoCAD.
