• Excellent business writing in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Comfortable with financial analysis and quantitative reasoning.

As a Strategy & Transformation Consultant, you'll work directly with C-suites and board-level leaders to answer their most critical strategic questions such as where to compete, how to create value, and what needs to change. You'll own workstreams end-to-end: from structuring the problem and building the analysis to delivering recommendations that executives act on. Our engagements span corporate strategy, business transformation, value creation, feasibility studies, and strategic roadmaps, primarily for major BUMN groups across aviation, transportation, infrastructure, financial services, and energy.

What you'll do:

• Lead strategic analysis across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic frameworks
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive assessments
• Produce board-ready deliverables: discussion papers, roadmaps, and executive presentations
• Collaborate across practices on integrated engagements

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; Master's (MBA/MM) is a plus
• Previous experience in a consulting firm, advisory practice, or active involvement in a consulting club / case competition community
• Strong structured thinking and analytical problem-solving
• Excellent business writing in Bahasa Indonesia and English

What you'll be exposed to:

• Direct interaction with Directors, C-suites, and Board of Commissioners of Indonesia's largest enterprises
• Cross-sector experience spanning aviation, transportation, infrastructure, logistics, energy, and financial services
• End-to-end consulting lifecycle: from proposal and business development through to final delivery
• Working alongside senior partners and subject-matter experts across risk, digital, and organizational domains
