We are looking for a Strategy & Business Consulting Analyst to support our consulting engagements across financial analysis, business strategy, and project development. The role will involve working closely with clients and internal teams to analyze financial and operational information, develop business insights, and prepare high-quality deliverables.

This position is suitable for someone who enjoys working with numbers, building financial models, preparing presentations, and solving business problems in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess funding/fund utilization submissions to ensure alignment with the proposed budget, business plan, and supporting documents.
• Analyze financial and operational data and translate findings into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and financial reports.
• Develop financial projections, forecasts, and basic financial models to support business and investment decisions.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations / consulting decks for client meetings, management discussions, and project deliverables.
• Support the preparation of business proposals, commercial proposals, and project-related documents.
• Conduct market, industry, and company research to support strategic analysis.
• Support project teams in developing strategic recommendations, business plans, and feasibility assessments.
• Work collaboratively with team members and clients to deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience, preferably in management consulting, strategy consulting, transaction advisory, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Experience in financial analysis, number crunching, and basic financial modelling.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify key issues and develop practical solutions.
• Able to work with large amounts of data and turn complex information into clear and concise presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Willing to be based in Padalarang and Jakarta.
