Job summary

KG Media (Kompas Gramedia Group of Media) is seeking a Training Specialist to monitor performance management processes for key directorates and collaborate with department heads to design KPIs. You will help integrate organizational development initiatives and update the org structure to support strategic goals.

The role requires hands-on TNA experience, strong facilitation, and data-driven analysis to deliver actionable recommendations for employee programs and learning modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR Management, Psychology, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Training Specialist or in a dedicated Learning & Development role.
• Proven expertise in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and designing end-to-end learning modules.
• Solid grasp of organizational behavior, corporate culture, and leadership development principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for training material creation and data presentation.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze learning metrics and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders effectively.
