Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategy, operations, product management, or related analytical roles.
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative, business, or technical disciplines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to scope and deliver projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on capability with AI-assisted prototyping and vibe coding, plus low-code/no-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own internal tooling product: decide what to build, order, and why.
• Build MVPs and prototypes using AI-assisted vibe coding or low-code platforms.
• Partner with engineers to ship production-ready tools.
• Design from user perspective for sales, CRM, finance, and ops teams.
• Define success metrics and measure adoption post-launch.
• Write SOPs and intake criteria to standardize requests and maintenance.
