Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a reputable Indonesian university; Economics, Management, Engineering or quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to structure ambiguously defined problems.
• Experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or analytical roles (2–4 years).

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking across strategic topics.
• Build and maintain data models, financial trackers, and analytical frameworks.
• Develop understanding of Amartha's P&L, business model, and financial drivers.
• Produce first-draft slides, data summaries, and written sections for senior review.
• Turn raw data into clean, insight-ready charts, tables, and visuals.
• Support high-stakes meetings with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Respond to ad hoc requests with fast, accurate outputs.
