Tech Sales Jobs is seeking a Workshop Partner Lead in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The role focuses on managing Workshop Partners and B2B Service operations to ensure efficiency, service quality, cost control, and SLA achievement while expanding service capabilities from Medium to Heavy Service.

You will oversee partner performance, monitor TAT/SLA, handle billing reconciliations, and drive network expansion with a focus on capability development and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Diploma (D3) in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee performance of Workshop Partners and B2B Service operations.
• Ensure TAT/SLA targets are met and service standards maintained.
• Manage billing reconciliation and timely invoice processing.
• Maintain accurate Workshop Partner and B2B Service data.
• Drive network expansion and spare parts readiness for service levels.
• Lead partner capability development through targeted training.
• Monitor metrics and report improvements to management.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve issues.
