Job summary

You will perform financial and operational due diligence, cash flow forecasting, and support insolvency or wind-down processes while coordinating with lenders, investors, and regulators. This role provides exposure to high-stakes transactions and mentorship to junior members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant restructuring or advisory experience.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow concepts and basic modelling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support engagements across the full restructuring and investment lifecycle from due diligence to insolvency or wind-down processes.
• Perform financial and operational due diligence and forecasting.
• Monitor cash flow and regulatory compliance and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support restructuring engagements in Indonesia including PKPU, bankruptcy, and court-supervised restructurings.
• Review financial data, asset inventories, and creditor claims.
• Draft reports and supporting documentation for clients and regulators.
• Coordinate with regulators, creditors, and management.
