Job summary

This role focuses on driving operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the success of complex supply chains across Indonesia. Collaboration with Operations, Customer Service, and Commercial teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Transportation Planning, Logistics Operations, or Distribution Network Management.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, Logistics, 3PL, or Distribution environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute transportation plans that optimize cost, service, and operational efficiency.
• Support route planning, capacity allocation, and transportation resource utilization.
• Ensure transportation activities align with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Analyze and improve transportation networks to support business growth and operational effectiveness.
