Job summary

PT Pro Sigmaka Mandiri is seeking a System Analyst to gather user requirements and perform technical analysis on requests within projects. You will create FSD and TSD documentation and review SIT/UAT scenarios following the defined processes.

Role requires 3+ years of System Analyst experience, up-to-date knowledge of IT trends, and familiarity with manufacturing systems is a plus. You will coordinate with multiple teams to meet deadlines and prepare regular management reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT/ systems analysis.
• Experience as System Analyst.
• Proficient in documenting System Planning and Analysis.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Doing user requirements gathering.
• To have a technical analysis of user requests in a project.
• Create FSD and TSD documentation.
• To review and create scenarios for SIT/ UAT according to the agreed process flow.
• Maintain communication between team members stakeholders and also other teams in the project.
• Creating reports for management and/ or stakeholders regularly.
• Propose improvement and innovation within the working process of the IT Digital Business Engineering team.
• Closely collaborate with other teams to maintain the project deadline and team deliverables.
