Job summary

PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH) seeks a Senior System Analyst with a background in IT, IS, or CS and at least three years of manufacturing industry experience. The role focuses on gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating them into system specifications and documentation.

Candidates should be proficient in SDLC concepts, including SIT and UAT, and possess strong communication and coordination skills with stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/CS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience as System Analyst, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications and functional documentation.
• Experience preparing BRD, FSD, flowcharts, and system specifications.
• Understanding of the SDLC including SIT and UAT.
• Strong communication and coordination with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
