Job summary

PT Pro Sigmaka Mandiri is seeking a System Analyst to gather user requirements and perform technical analysis of requests in projects. You will create FSD and TSD documentation and review SIT/UAT scenarios per the approved process flow.

You will maintain clear communication among team members and stakeholders, produce regular management reports, and propose improvements within the IT Digital Business Engineering team.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
• Experienced in the same field for 3 years
• Experienced in System Analyst Role
• Updated in latest information technologies and its advancement
• Having deep understanging on System Planning and Analysis
• Having a good understanding of the Manufacturing system is a plus

Responsibilities

• Doing user requirements gathering.
• To have a technical analysis of user requests in a project.
• Create FSD and TSD documentation.
• To review and create scenarios for SIT/ UAT according to the agreed process flow.
• Maintain communication between team members stakeholders and also other teams in the project.
• Creating reports for management and/ or stakeholders regularly.
• Propose improvement and innovation within the working process of the IT Digital Business Engineering team.
• Closely collaborate with other teams to maintain the project deadline and team deliverables
